Seasonal Tofu Kaiseki “Miyabi”

Autumn is one of the most significant seasons in Kyoto and now we have prepared an absolute favorite special Kaiseki called "Miyabi" in Tousuiro Kiyamachi.
"Miyabi" is starting with seasonal appetizers which like "Yawata roll of mackerel pike", "Tofu of chestnuts" and "Grilled Kyoto duck with miso paste", following by "Clear soup of matutake mushroom and pike conger" and "Confit of sweetfish".
