Seasonal New Kaiseki “Miyabi” (Kiyamachi restaurant)

Winter has begunin Kyoto. Now we have prepared an absolute favorite new special Kaiseki called "Miyabi" in Tousuiro Kiyamachi.
"Miyabi" starts with seasonal appetizers which like "Dressed salmon and turnip with soy milk with citron", "Tofu with lily bulb and edible flower" and "Kabayaki of tofu", following by "Clear soup od scallop shinjo with tofu" and "Grilled cod and grilled wheat gluten with miso paste".
