Winter is one of the most significant seasons in Kyoto and now we have prepared an absolute favorite special Kaiseki called "Kiyomizu" in Tousuiro Gion.
"Kiyomizu" is starting with seasonal appetizers which like "Simmered Japanese pond smelt with citron", "Matsukaze tofu of red yam" and "Tofu of grilled sea urchin", following by "Clear soup of abalone with Abekawa tofu" and "Steamed red snapper with rice dumpling with starchy sauce".
