"Miyabi" will be starting with 7 kinds of appetizers such as "Dressed salmon and turnip with cream of soy milk", "Matsukaze tofu of chestnuts" and "Grilled tofu with special sauce" following with "Grilled cod and cod roe, grilled wheat gluten with miso paste", "Clear soup of scallop shinjo" and "Steamed seasonal Kyoto vegetables".
