We have made a best Kaiseki course called "Kinshu" in Kiyamachi restaurant only for this season.
"Kinshu" will be starting with 7 kinds of appetizers such as "Dried mullet roe dressed turnip", "Kosode sushi of grilled puffer fish" and "Ichou tofu" following with "Grilled miso-marrinated red snapper and grilled wheat gluten with miso paste", "Steamed pike conger and sesame tofu with starchy sauce" and "Fried shrimp potato and liver of anlerfish with sauce of soy milk and soft roe".
