"Miyabi" will be starting with 7 kinds of appetizers such as "Ponzu jelly dressed puffer fish and yuba", "Tofu woth roasted soybean flour" and "Tofu with plum and jelly" following with "Grilled wheat gluten with miso paste," ,"Soup of tofu of Kyoto duck with Kujyo green onion" and "Steamed shrimp with Shinoda roll with soy milk".
